What We Believe...

	in one God, eternally existent in 3 persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
	in the deity of our Lord; born of a virgin, His perfect life, death, burial and resurrection.
	God revealed Himself to man through our Lord Jesus Christ.
	the Lord Jesus Christ can wash us from our sins in His Blood and that all sinners have access to God through His Son, Jesus Christ.
	in eternal security in Christ.
	the Bible, the King James Version (1611) is the true preserved Word of God, with no errors or contradiction in scripture.
	salvation is a free gift of God offered by His grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, plus nothing.
	in the Premillennial doctrine of the return of Christ.
	God loves us and has a personal interest and plan for each one of us. He is not willing that anyone should perish but wants all of us to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. We take comfort that He not only knows us, but loves us.
	Heaven is the fulfillment of every human need, but you can only go there through the Blood of Jesus Christ.

Temple Baptist Church is a locally governed body of baptized believers who have come together in obedience of Christ to carry out the dictates of the New Testament. We practice personal separation on the basis of the Word of God.

Temple Baptist Church has but one Head: our Lord Jesus Christ. We endeavor to acknowledge His Lordship in every respect. All of our services focus on His rightful place as Head of the Body of Christ.

We believe that a visible church of Christ is a congregation of believers associated in the faith and fellowship of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Holy Bible was written by men, divinely inspired, and is a perfect treasure of heavenly instruction with God as the author.

In many ways, we are an old-fashioned church. At Temple you will find many who embrace His precious truth as we have fellowship one with another, walking in Christian love.
